PLEASE BE AWARE OF POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT ACTIONS OF A PERSON KNOWN AS RABIH BASSAM HIJAZI, ALSO KNOWN AS RABIH-RABEA HIJAZI ALSO KNOWN AS RABIH RABEA

KRYPTO FINTECH LTD has recently learned that a former employee named RABIH BASSAM HIJAZI, ALSO KNOWN AS RABIH-RABEA HIJAZI ALSO KNOWN AS RABIH RABEA, no longer with our company since 5TH OCTOBER 2022 has scammed some people falsely claiming to represent with false identity our companies or companies group affiliates while engaging in sales representation and/or collecting investment for the development of some of our projects.

Examples of the scams done by this individual with false identity are the followings:

• Collecting investments
• Using of false identification
• Collecting agents and intermediary money

KRYPTO FINTECH LTD and/or any of its group affiliates and officers have absolutely no involvement in with fraudulent acts performed exclusively by this individual using false identity, and have not authorized at all these practices in using false identities and, moreover, have never made any solicitation of investment through this false identity person, neither to collect intermediaries success provisions with this false identity. 

The dereliction of duty of Mr. Rabih Bassam Hijazi, also known with false identity as Rabih-Rabea Hijazi and also known with false identity as Rabih Rabea, is personally, unconditionally, jointly and severally liable to the creditors by his intentional actions. 

The company rejects all liabilities and cannot be held liable by the creditors.

Please be aware of this scam and if you receive any solicitation from this individual making a claim that he is part of our company of any of our company affiliates, contact us directly to the following email secretariat@kryptofintech.com and or inform the relevant authorities about these actions.
